Maryland’s Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ ‘Festival for the Animals’ kicks off tomorrow virtually. From September 9 to September 26, pet parents are encouraged to grab their pet for a ‘classic walkathon’ and help the SPCA unlock $65,000 in donations.
